Building Confident, Capable, and Faith-Grounded Young Adults

PG-13: Post Graduate Transition Program provides structured support for recent high school graduates who desire guidance, accountability, and practical life preparation as they transition into adulthood.

Our program blends workforce readiness, financial literacy, life skills development, and Christ-centered mentorship in a safe and supportive community environment.

How the Program Works

Participants engage in structured sessions designed to develop real-world skills, build confidence, and establish long-term stability. Programming includes interactive workshops, hands-on activities, mentorship conversations, and community-building events.

PG-13 is designed to be both practical and relational — equipping young adults not only with knowledge, but with wisdom, character, and accountability.

💼 Workforce Readiness

We prepare participants for employment success through:

  • Resume building and portfolio development

  • Interview preparation and mock interviews

  • Professional communication skills

  • Workplace expectations and etiquette

  • Job search strategies and career exploration

Our goal is to help young adults enter the workforce with confidence, competence, and integrity.

🎓 College & Career Guidance

For those pursuing further education or vocational training, we provide:

  • College application support

  • FAFSA guidance and financial planning for education

  • Trade school and certification pathways

  • Goal setting and career planning

We help participants explore their strengths and pursue pathways aligned with their gifts and purpose.

💳 Financial Literacy

Financial stability begins with knowledge and discipline. Our instruction includes:

  • Budget creation and tracking

  • Saving strategies

  • Understanding credit and debt

  • Responsible spending habits

  • Long-term financial planning

Participants develop practical skills that promote independence and wise stewardship.

🏠 Life Skills Development

Graduation does not always mean life-ready. We intentionally teach:

  • Time management and organization

  • Communication and conflict resolution

  • Basic home economics skills

  • Personal responsibility and accountability

  • Decision-making and problem-solving

These foundational skills support long-term success in both personal and professional life.

🤝 Mentorship & Community

PG-13 offers a positive, faith-centered environment where young adults can:

  • Build meaningful relationships

  • Engage in structured mentorship

  • Participate in safe social activities

  • Develop accountability and leadership skills

We provide a space where connection does not revolve around unhealthy or risky behaviors, but around growth, faith, and purpose.
