The Years After Graduation Matter
For many young adults, graduation is supposed to be the beginning of independence and opportunity.
But for many families, it can also become a time of uncertainty.
Young adults are suddenly expected to navigate work, finances, responsibility, and life decisions without the practical guidance and support they truly need. Too often they are left trying to figure it all out on their own.
PG-13: Post Graduate Transition Program was created to bridge that gap.
Why PG-13 Exists
PG-13 was born out of years of working with students and seeing a common challenge:
Students graduate high school, but many still need guidance, life skills, and mentorship to confidently step into adulthood.
They need more than academics.
They need direction.
They need practical life skills.
They need community.
They need people who believe in their future.
PG-13 exists to walk alongside young adults during this critical transition season.
What We Do
Through mentorship, life skills training, and career preparation, PG-13 helps young adults ages 18–25 develop the confidence, responsibility, and practical tools needed to move forward with purpose.
Our program focuses on:
• Workforce readiness
• Financial literacy and budgeting
• Life and home management skills
• Mentorship and accountability
• Faith-centered guidance and community
